How do I place a bid? +
To place a bid, navigate to the auction you're interested in, enter your bid amount (must be higher than the current bid), and click "Place Bid". You'll need to be logged in to bid.
What happens if I win an auction? +
When you win an auction, you'll receive an email notification with payment instructions. You're required to complete payment within 48 hours. The seller will then ship the item to your registered address.
Can I retract a bid? +
Bids are generally binding and cannot be retracted. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., seller changes item description), please contact our support team for assistance.
💰 Selling
How do I list an item for auction? +
Go to your dashboard and click "Create Auction". Fill in the item details, upload photos, set your starting price and auction duration, then submit for review.
What are the seller fees? +
MemeAuctions charges a small commission on successful sales. The exact percentage depends on the item category. All fees are clearly displayed before you list your item.
When do I get paid? +
Payments are released to sellers once the buyer confirms receipt of the item, typically within 3-5 business days after delivery confirmation.

How do I reset my password? +
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
How is my payment information protected? +
All payment data is encrypted using SSL/TLS. We never store complete credit card numbers on our servers. Payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment providers.
